Eligibility Criteria, Experience, and Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025:

For Retired Bank Employees:

• Former officers of any bank (PSU, RRB, private, or cooperative) up to the position of Chief Manager or above are eligible.
• Retired clerks with a strong track record and JAIIB passes are also eligible.
• At least 3 years of experience in rural banking is required.

For Young Candidates:

• Graduate degree with computer skills (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.).
• M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA degrees are preferred.

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025:

• Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000 per month
• Variable Component: Rs. 10,000 per month

• Retired Bank Employees: Maximum age for continuation is 65 years.
