Salary and Benefits

• For MD/MS (General Surgery):
  • ₹1400 per hour
  • Maximum remuneration of ₹36,400 per month (for 26 hours)
  • An annual increase of 5% on a cumulative basis for the next 3 years.
• For MBBS:
  • ₹1130 per hour
  • Maximum remuneration of ₹29,380 per month (for 26 hours)

Tenure

The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for 3 years, which may be extended for an additional 2 years based on performance and requirement.
