Age Limit for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

• The maximum age for applicants is 65 years. However, candidates with good health and relevant experience may be considered for engagement up to 70 years.

Experience Required for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

Each position comes with specific experience requirements:

• Chief Technical Advisor (Water and Sewerage Management): At least 30 years of experience in water, sewerage, drainage, and risk management sectors. Minimum 5 years in the Joint Secretary rank, Government of India (GOI).
• Senior Consultant (Finance, RFP Management, and Banking): Minimum 30 years of supervisory experience in a public sector bank, with 4 years in top management (e.g., General Manager or above).
• Senior Consultant (Project Management Cell): At least 30 years of experience handling projects in PSUs/Autonomous Bodies.
• Advisor (Personnel): Extensive experience with administrative matters, cadre management, and DPCs.
• Advisor (Solid Waste Management and Sanitation): Experience of 25-30 years in local bodies in Delhi or other states/UTs.

Qualification for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

The qualifications required for each position include:

• Chief Technical Advisor: B.Tech (Civil) and preferably an MBA.
• Senior Consultant (Finance): MBA (Finance).
• Senior Consultant (Project Management): Engineering Degree or B.Sc. with 1st Division and experience in PSUs/Autonomous Bodies.
• Advisor (Personnel): Retired from Level 14 or Level 13 as per the 7th CPC.
• Advisor (Solid Waste Management): Degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

Tenure for NDMC Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates will be hired for a one-year contract, which may be extended based on performance and requirements.

The salary for each position is as follows:

• Chief Technical Advisor (Water and Sewerage Management): ₹2,21,000
• Senior Consultant (Finance, RFP Management, and Banking): ₹2,21,000
• Senior Consultant (Project Management Cell): ₹2,21,000
• Advisor (Personnel): ₹2,21,000
• Advisor (Solid Waste Management and Sanitation): ₹1,88,000

The salary is subject to tax deductions and no other allowances will be provided.
