Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Junior Assistant (Fire Service) position should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 10th pass + 3-year regular diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Fire,
  • OR 12th pass (Regular Study).
• Driving License:
  • Heavy Vehicle License,
  • Medium Vehicle License (issued at least one year ago),
  • Light Motor Vehicle License (issued at least two years ago).

Salary Details

Selected candidates will be offered a pay scale of Rs. 31,000 to Rs. 92,000. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical benefits, and other perks as per AAI rules.

Application Fee

Candidates from UR, OBC, and EWS categories must pay an application fee of Rs. 1000. However, Women/SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates, as well as those who have completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI under the Apprentices Act 1961, are exempted from paying the fee.

Selection Process

The selection for Junior Assistant (Fire Service) will be conducted in two stages:

1. Stage 1: Written Exam (Computer-Based Test [CBT])
   • Duration: 2 hours
   • Passing marks: 50/100 for UR, OBC, and EWS, and 40/100 for SC/ST candidates.
2. Stage 2: After clearing the written exam, shortlisted candidates will undergo:
