Roles & Responsibilities
- User Research: Assist in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to generate actionable insights.
- Field Work: Help create research plans, recruitment guides, and interview protocols.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
- Collaboration: Work with UX designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate insights into product development.
- Research Operations: Contribute to participant recruitment, scheduling, campaign management, and data handling.
- Exposure: Gain insights into user travel behavior and challenges within MakeMyTrip’s diverse product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Optimal Workshop, Miro, or Survey Monkey is an added advantage.
